As an artist I dedicate his life to that constant search for beauty, which is found even behind the ugliest corners of the world. De- fied by social anxiety, at times, life has been difficult for me. Certain diseases and disorders lead to insecurity of one’s self. But life has shown me its beauty and I have come to appreciate it in my own way.

his  projects speak of our fears, difficulties and/or illnesses, turning those challenges into something beautiful and fascinating so that we can see that there is always a positive side to every situation. I spe- cialize in portraits, nudes and flowers; everything that shows every being as they are.

At the age of 6, she and her family began to travel and move from one place to another, first to the United States (1998) and then to Italy (2007). Surprised by Italian beauty, Ivanna began photography as a hobby, taking pictures of its nature, its people, its narrow and enchanted streets, as well as its grand and elegant Baroque archi- tecture.

Pressed by her architect father and pharmacist mother, she followed the advice of her parents and studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy. Realizing that this was not her calling, Ivan- na finally decided to pursue her passion for photography. In 2016 she obtained a master’s degree in photography at the school TOO MANY FLASH in Madrid, Spain.

Because of her life experiences and being part of a family accus- tomed to constant change, Ivanna has a particular curiosity about the nature of the world and its people. The motivation behind her research is the desire to tell stories and/or emotions through her not only personal photography projects but also in her contribution. In conclusion, Ivanna has a passion for creating art. For her, becoming a photographer will give her the power to express herself in a way that words cannot.
